The project concerned the need to supply sustainable water to these rural communities and was able to install solar powered water pumps to make these supplies available to the rural communities within the Ibb governate. After equipping water pumps with solar energy, expenses have decreased significantly with 2.8 million people provided with clean water and more than 3.3 million people benefitting from improved sanitation facilities.
