The Nile Basin Discourse collaborating with the Tanzania National Discourse Forum held a capacity building training workshop for selected women and youth from across the country in 2018. The aim was to make selected women and youth climate change resilience champions by building their capacity and skills to help them create green jobs. The utilisation of workshops enhanced understandings of the creation of climate-smart business and industries through specialised training.
