Since 2018, the Violet Organisation has been supervising projects across the countryside aiming to enhance medical facilities with solar power technologies to reduce dependence on unsustainable energy sources. These projects were inspire by concern for the climate and the inconsistent electricity grid in the region. This project incorporated solar systems for 15 facilities in Aleppo, with each facility having different, needs-based design specifications.
