This project was launched to recycle and rejuvenate Ramosa as a result of the Syrian Civil War and to restore streets and pavements. The city council pledged 12 tractors and trailers, along with other service equipment such as stone crushers, whilst training 3000 of its staff to work on this project. It stressed its importance as a way to begin the reconstruction of the city in an environmentally friendly way.
