The market gardeners of Rufisque celebrated World Food Day like other market gardeners around the world in 2020 at the town hall of Rufisque under the theme: The territorial food plan of Rufisque, a tool for the re-localization of food and the fight against poverty. The meeting was symbolic, calling for endogenous and organised agricultural production efforts on the part of the population.
