Formed as a collaborative initiative in 2019 with the city mayor, vicemayor and other department of education signatories, the Green School project aimed at taking an integrated approach in promoting sustainable development and environmental protection. The project has strived towards that through the installation of solar panels, rainwater harvesters, sewage treatment plant, and providing e-vehicles for all public schools, helping to promote renewable sources of energy and water conservation.
