The GEF Small Grants was designed to increase the capacity of Warri communities through climate smart agriculture and livelihood support. As part of the project, local farmers would be given improved seed and stems and thought land management practices, diversifying the sources of livelihood and trainings on adaptation to climate change situation, capacity building on climate smart agriculture as well as installation of eco-friendly fish drying ovens in the farm.
