This project aimed at improving water service delivery by developing a regulatory and institutional framework and investment roadmap to secure financing for the development and facilitating the deployment of innovative solutions through technology adoption. Key goals and milestones include the rehabilitation of old water infrastructure and construction of new ones to improve access to potable water amongst residents that have been traditionally poorly served.
