The project involved an awareness-raising caravan in collaboration with women's groups and civil society organisations to raise awareness on the importance of women involvement in elections. The objective was to "sensitize national public opinion'' to respect women's rights during the electoral period and ensuring their effective participation in the electoral process. The project is said to contribute to the emancipation of young people, especially women, to make their voices heard.
