The Niger Multiple-Use Water Services project, implemented between 2008-2010, aimed to improve the access of rural communities to water for drinking and productive uses. This was achieved through the installation water services and capacity building. The project also promoted hygiene and productive use livelihood activities such as gardens and fisheries, focusing on communities in the Zinder region, amongst others.
