The Resilient Community Development Project (RCDP) aimed at identifying clusters of poor townships in regions exposed to Climate and disaster risk using climate projections and 2014 census data. The project benefitted about 1.8 million people in 17 townships through strengthening community resilience and reducing the food insecurity and poverty of rural people living in vulnerable areas through providing resources to invest in disaster-resilient and market-oriented infrastructures and livelihoods.
