BIOFUND implemented a Biodiversity Offset Program to support the creation of a favourable environment in legal, technical and financial aspects to enable the implementation of the mitigation hierarchy in Mozambique. As part of this project, BIOFUND, collabarting with other government agencies, successfully held training in Ecological Impact Assessment, Environmental Management Plans and Monitoring for around 32 technicians from various Government institutions at Nampula province level.
