The purpose of this project was to contribute to the preservation and reconstitution of biodiversity in Mali through the sustainable co-management of forest resources. The objectives of the project are to promote the "Tree as Support for Local Economies'' approach as a way of sustainable exploitation of forest resources. The application of this approach changed the mindset of users of forest resources, improving their living conditions in the process.
