The“Café Lumière” project implemented Solar PV-based multifunctional platforms in the Vakinankaratra region to enable a minimum access to a sustainable electricity service for all members of a rural community and contribute to a political and regulatory framework that empowers local stakeholders. The project has succeeded positively impacting the living conditions of the local populations, especially women, enhancing public services and fostering economic vitality through the growth of income-generating activities.
