The programme Enterprise Education-4-Change involves a skills-building program that teaches and trains undergraduate university students in Kisumu, business development and management. It aimed to ensure that trainees are better equipped to take leadership roles at community-based organizations and to serve as watchdogs for corruption. The initiative has proven to be a progressive, systems-oriented strategy for change, equipping the education system graduates to be job seekers to promote employment opportunities.
