The Nile Basin Discourse (NBD) in partnership with the Kenya National Discourse Forum held a Capacity building training workshop for selected women and youth from across the country. The aim of the workshop was to make selected women and youth climate change resilience champions by building their capacity and skills to help them create green jobs. The workshop has enhanced understandings of the creation of climate-smart business and industry.
