PDSDE aims to increase access and improve power supply in Bissau City, strengthen and expand the electricity distribution network, and improve EAGB’s governance and commercial management. The project's implementation reduced power outages and improved the level of performance in terms of CO2 per kWh distributed. The installation of 500 solar streetlights will also contribute to reinforce the project’s positive impacts on this component.
