The aim of this activity is improve water supply and sanitation access in three Ethiopian cities. The project has achieved constructing a total of nine for the targeted poor communities, serving an estimated number of 5000 people in Dire Dawa, the construction of 15 rainwater harvesting tanks, the construction of public toilet complexes and mobile toilets to improve sanitation access whilst implementing water and sanitation awareness- raising educational schemes.
