The initiative aims to give young people an opportunity to work in Eritrea through becoming qualified, to ensure companies that win contracts in the renewable energy sector find professional profiles corresponding to their needs. In addition to lectures, the course provides internships in the yards of Enertronica. The project has resulted in creating qualified local personnel and increasing livelihood opportunities in the process.
