The RCC-DRC is a strategy aimed at improving the resilience of populations against climate change. The association supports unemployed and out-of-school young people to carry out the multiplication and reproduction of fruit and ornamental seedlings which are sold. This initiative promotes the development of economic and environmental alternatives in favour of young people impoverished by unemployment, whilst promoting the recovery of plastic waste to serve as plant pots.
