GRECOM aimed at improving Deborah Nzarubabara's income through the production of honey on an area of 3 hectares and the marketing of beekeeping products. She has excelled in beekeeping and beekeeping training, producing honey under acceptable environmental and hygienic conditions. The equipment used is produced locally and adapts better to the local beekeeping conditions. The project provided an impetus for other business to grow whilst utilising environmentally-conscious methods.
