Women are still poorly represented in decision-making positions at both the provincial and national levels. The movement " dynamique 50 pourcent des femmes" is asking the DRC president to consider to reduce the gender inequalities in governmental jobs and have more women in decision-making positions. This movement believes that through change that is on the horizon at the political level in the country, equitable participation must be prioritised.
