Forming a part of measures of the urban authority aim to make traffic safer, Matadi tightened the traffic measures for large vehicles from next and has relocated several car parks to ensure better traffic. No traffic of large trucks is allowed between 10pm and 5am. They form part of a broader framework of initiatives being done by the provincial government on sustainable solutions to the monster traffic jams in Matadi.
