The organisation aimed at collecting and disseminating information on the situation of indigenous and local populations, strengthening the organisational and functional capacities of members and mobilise and channel financial opportunities. The organisation has succeeded in the implementation of a program for the development of indigenous peoples in REPALEF, the execution of the Forest Governance Project, implementation to support forest-dependent communities and securing indigenous peoples' lands through the land reform process.
