The Liuyang River Smart Low-carbon Production City Fusion Demonstration Zone is located at the core of the green heart in the center of Changzhutan City Group—the Liuyang River Eco-economic Demonstration Zone. The total planned area is about 9.51 square kilometers, of which the investment in the first phase is 3 billion yuan, and the planned area is 2.78 square kilometers.
