The project's overall objectives were implemented in the spirit of ''Notice of the State Council on Strengthening the Construction of Urban Greening'' striving for strengthening of the organization, leadership, supervision and management of urban landscaping construction, accelerate the pace of urban landscaping construction, improve the level of urban landscaping, improve the quality of urban living environment, and promote the construction of ecological civilization.
