The project is the first in Hunan Province to adopt pre-treatment technology for domestic waste. The project covers the construction of Liling urban and rural domestic waste collection and transportation system, the Liling urban and rural domestic waste pre-treatment and incineration power generation project, and the Liling municipal domestic waste innocent treatment plant project. More than 219,000 tons of garbage is processed annually, with electricity output of 69 million kWh.
