Liuan City has implemented measures to create a green and low-carbon transportation network. Adhering to the pathway of “low-carbon travel and green development”, it eliminated all yellow-label buses and updated them to new energy vehicles. From 2019, a new round of new energy bus update and optimization schemes will be implemented focusing on eliminating air pollution. At present, the proportion of new energy vehicles in Liuan City has reached 92%.
