The Tuesday of the second week of every two month is defined as the "Energy Conservation Day". At that time, all departments of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government will stop driving all vehicles (except for vehicles for official activities) with cadres and workers commuting to work on foot or by bicycle. All units of the municipal government engage in energy saving activities at designated parts of the day.
