The Luohe Environmental Protection Bureau have launched an initiative relating to providing citizens with free public transportation trips as part of a low-carbon initiative within the city. This is also the city ’s free bus ride initiative for two consecutive years. This forms part of the greater plan to prepare for rush hours and help drivers face large passenger congestions.
