This initiative intends to contribute to the government’s medium and long-term agriculture programs. The project has two central components: (1) Capacity Building and Institutional Development, which intends to established and strengthened smallholder farmers’ organizations, improved technical and managerial competence of smallholder and enhance government capacity to support smallholder agricultural production and commercialization (2) Support for Increased Production and Commercialization.
