To address the ongoing water supply service challenges and ensure the operational sustainability of the sector, the WSIDP was designed to support institutional reforms while simultaneously expanding access to services to historically underserved populations. The Project achieved to created Six Provincial Water and Sanitation Utilities which served as a model for an additional initiatives. In Lubango, the implementation focused on Water production mechanisms and water distribution outputs.
