As part of the ‘Angola Energy 2025’ plan, the government is implementing measures to increase access to ‘clean, modern, and reliable energy’ around the country. The project intends on increasing the capacity of the sectors to generate revenues that will allow supporting investments in the medium and long term, reduce the level of public investment and increase the participation of the private sector, focusing on fundraising, implementation and efficiency.
