The project objectives are to create an enabling policy framework whilst strengthen city planning, management and service delivery capacity. The project has succeeded in enabling participatory and inclusive Strategic Development Frameworks (SDFs) to enhance service delivery, with at least one project targeting women is featuring in the SDF of Mazar, challenging gender disparities that exist within urban planning frameworks.
